The Black Hole - Future Shorts Review

I enjoyed viewing this non dialog short film because it was very easy to follow as the protagonist was very goal driven which made it very easy to follow. Through the use of facial expressions and the look in his eyes it is clear what he wants to do straight away. The colour pallet is consistent throughout, blue and green dominating the scenes giving it that dull office job vibe. The push in at the vending machine gives the piece momentum as well as the great use of depth the office gives the short making it unique and dynamic. Creating a cautionary tail about human greed 'The Black Hole' highlights how most humans would rob the place blind given the opportunity.
